By using Arch City Streets you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Hyfidelity LLC.
Ride safely
You are responsible for your own safety. Obey traffic laws, watch the road, and leave your phone alone while you ride — the app records in the background, so it never needs your attention mid-ride.
Coverage is an estimate
The app estimates which streets you have ridden from your phone's GPS and from OpenStreetMap. GPS drifts, and map data can be incomplete or out of date, so coverage can be wrong. The app is not a navigation tool and should not be used as one.
Street data
Street data © OpenStreetMap contributors, available under the Open Database License (ODbL).
Apple's license
The app is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to that agreement; where the two conflict, Apple's agreement governs.
No warranty
The app is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. To the same extent, Hyfidelity LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
Changes
These terms may be updated by posting a new version on this page with a new effective date.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri.
